Your job is to discover the products and features our users need, and then drive their delivery - leveraging the latest innovations in technology to create the best user experience possible.

Plus500 Product Manager role combines 4 main areas:

1. Discovery - research and generate valuable insights about our users, domain and overall market; translate this understanding into compelling product proposals; work with internal stakeholders (Regulation, Finance, Operations, Marketing, BizDev, and more) to understand their needs and considerations; creatively iterate on product solutions so they meet user needs.
2. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of talented individuals from multiple disciplines such as software & QA engineers, product designers, product data analysts and others to plan, prioritize and then deliver the company roadmap and product solutions.
3. Plan experiments, identify KPIs, and have a deep understanding of your domain customer behavior both quantitative and qualitative.
4. Lead large company-wide initiatives, create clarity about the product plan and ensure we meet the plan milestones.

What You’ll Do - Responsibilities

• Own the product life cycle from conducting user, data and market research through wireframing, prototyping and KPIs, working with engineering to deliver on-time at high quality, all the way to go-to-market and user adoption.
• Drive innovation - foster idea generation, experimentation, prototyping and iterate on features that push the boundaries and deliver real user value.
• Collaborate deeply across the org - work closely with go-to-market teams to support adoption, feedback loops, and education; research and define internal team needs & use cases, discuss and evaluate alternatives, leverage supporting data and scope solutions; understand regulatory constraints and considerations and work within those; Guide and work closely with the R&D team throughout the end-to-end development process.
• Prioritize product development initiatives.
• Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs, use both quantitative data and qualitative insights for ongoing measurement.
• Drive cross-department project management for effective execution.
• Be the domain expert (SME), mastering customer needs and product capabilities.

What You’ll Bring - Requirements

• Product manager with 5+ years of experience building consumer-facing products. (experience in B2C or Fintech company - an advantage) 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Passion for a superb user experience
