Description:
A hands-on leadership role combining active BDR work and pipeline creation with building, managing, and scaling an SDR / BDR team.
This role owns qualified pipeline generation through outbound and inbound GTM motions and plays a key role in Commit’s global growth and revenue acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
Player-Coach Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop an SDR / BDR team while remaining actively involved in BDR execution
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards
- Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
Pipeline & Business Development
- Personally engage in outbound and inbound BDR activities
- Generate meetings, SQLs, and pipeline alongside the team
- Own the MQL to SQL conversion process
- Ensure tight alignment and high-quality handoff to Sales
GTM Execution
- Build and execute outbound playbooks by vertical, territory, and partner
- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and ABM
- Support GTM motions across Cloud, Data, AI, and Cyber offerings
Data & Tools
- Own target lists, tools, and BDR workflows
- Track and optimize KPIs including meetings, SQLs, pipeline, and conversion rates
- Work hands-on with HubSpot and related automation tools
Partner Motion
- Support joint GTM and co-sell motions with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft
- Drive partner-sourced and marketplace-related pipeline
Requirements:
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Sales Development.
- Experience leading or mentoring SDR / BDRs in a player-coach capacity.
- Strong understanding of GTM, pipeline creation, and revenue processes.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Data-driven and execution-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Background in Cloud, SaaS, AI, or Enterprise technology is a strong advantage.
- AI & Efficiency Tools: Hands-on experience using AI for personalized outreach and sales efficiency, including tools such as Lavender for tailored messaging and research automation platforms like Clay or 11x.ai.
