Description:

COMMIT is looking for a Technical Recruiter position to join the HR team for at least 4 months of maternity leave replacement

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process from CV screening, phone interviews to HR interviews.

Work closely with hiring managers, build a pipeline of potential candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and recruitment agencies.

Reporting directly to the Company's VP HR.

Requirements:

BA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field – mandatory.
Previous experience as a Recruiter
Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and take full ownership of the recruitment process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude with genuine passion for HR and recruitment.
High-level English – required.
