Description:

Commit is looking for a talented and driven Network Professional Services Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and managing the network infrastructure of a global company, participating in international projects, and working closely with cross-functional IT teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide both remote and on-site technical support for users in Israel.
• Troubleshoot network issues, implement configuration changes, and perform routine maintenance and upgrades.
• Work hands-on with Cisco equipment – switches, routers, and wireless systems (enterprise and data center environments).
• Develop and implement automation processes for network operations.
• Collaborate with global IT and facilities teams on projects and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and asset inventory.
• Monitor network performance and generate insights and reports based on key metrics.

• A very good understanding of networking fundamentals (CCNA/CCNP level).
• Deep understanding of routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, BGP.
• High level of understanding network topologies and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco’s network devices – switches, routers and wireless (both enterprise and data center).
• Should have great troubleshooting skills.
• A team player with positive attitude and good collaboration skills.
• A customer facing approach.
• Can execute projects with thoroughness and rigor and deliver them on-time.
• Passionate and eager to learn (and self-learn).
• Mobile and able to travel for remote sites when required.

Advantages:

• Python scripting knowledge.
• Operating Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Center and SDA.
• Experience with security systems – SD-WAN, firewalls (Palo Alto/Fortinet), NAC, VPN.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge – AWS, Azure.
