IT Systems Engineer

Description:

Cellebrite is hiring an IT Systems Engineer for its global IT team (Israel-based). The role owns management, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of company global data center, servers, storage, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management across on-prem and cloud. Sitting within the systems & DevOps engineering group, the engineer leads infrastructure initiatives and acts as a Tier-3 escalation point for complex IT challenges across global business units

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management and monitoring of company server and storage infrastructure, on-prem and cloud.
• Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and reliability for global operations.
• Providing Tier-3 IT support to business units across the organization.
• Solving complex IT-related challenges with innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with other departments and global teams to achieve company goals.
• Meeting and exceeding service-level SLA and delivery targets on quality and on time.
• Proactively driving process improvement and automation, leveraging AI tools and evaluating new technologies.

Must-have skills:

• Microsoft 365 + Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / AD Connect — 5+ yrs hands-on (18%)
• PowerShell and/or Python scripting & automation for system administration (14%)
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure — IAM, SSO, RBAC; M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) (14%)
• VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x — installation, configuration, system design, 3+ yrs (12%)
• AWS core services + security — EC2, S3, Route53, FSx, IAM, VPC, KMS (12%)
• Infrastructure-as-Code — Terraform / CloudFormation (8%)
• OS administration — Windows Server/Client, Linux distributions, macOS (8%)
• Endpoint management — Microsoft Intune + Jamf Pro (macOS) (7%)
• Storage & backup — NetApp / QNAP / BlueXP, NAS/SAN, enterprise backup (5%)
• Security-conscious system design, patching, access control (2%)

Nice-to-have skills:

• Commvault / Metallic backup experience (strong advantage)
• Datacenter physical / hardware maintenance lifecycle familiarity
• Cloud security best-practices and monitoring tooling
• Leveraging AI tools to automate time-consuming IT tasks
