The mission is to build the infrastructure that enables modern app businesses to take back control of monetization at scale. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming and scaling the infrastructure that powers this ecosystem.

In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate closely with R&D teams to analyze technical challenges, identify bottlenecks, design and plan solutions, drive key infrastructure initiatives, build and maintain scalable systems, and mentor engineering teams across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and modern CI/CD tooling
• Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools (ArgoCD preferred)
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and networking (VPC, ALBs, DNS)
• Proficiency with observability tools and log aggregation systems
• Awareness of security best practices (IAM, MFA, vulnerability scanning, SOC2 fundamentals)
• Experience with ephemeral or on-demand environments – big plus
• Ability to navigate between automation and security/compliance requirements
• Comfortable with scripting in Bash, Python, or Go

Key Requirements:

• Location: Candidates must be based in Israel and able to work from the Tel Aviv office 4 days a week.
• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in DevOps (military experience is included). Please do not exceed 10 years of experience.
• Kubernetes: Mandatory (Must-have).
• CI/CD: Proven experience in CI/CD processes – Mandatory.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS – Mandatory.
