We are looking for a proficient and highly-skilled Account Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice across the full spectrum of our business, with a special focus on cybersecurity, export control, and regulatory compliance.

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel on corporate transactions, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Advise on Labor. 
• Advise on cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy matters, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
• Manage compliance with Israeli and international export control regulations, including defense-related export licensing (liaising with the Israeli Defense Export Controls Agency).
• Support cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, procurement, sales) in identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents: NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and partnership contracts.
• Monitor developments in relevant regulatory regimes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.

• Valid Israeli Bar admission.
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a leading law firm or in-house legal department, preferably within technology, cybersecurity, or defense industries.
• Proven track record advising on export control and defense-related regulations; familiarity with the Israeli Defense Export Controls framework is a strong advantage.
• Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken); superior drafting skills in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
