The Opsec Researcher operates within the company’s operational analysis domain, focusing on identifying, analyzing, and reducing operational exposure.

The role is research-oriented and analytical, with an emphasis on Opsec risks across infrastructures, networks, procurement, and supply-chain processes.

The researcher supports both internal and client-facing activities by identifying exposure patterns, analyzing risk vectors, and providing actionable insights to reduce operational footprint.

• Identification and analysis of Opsec risks, vulnerabilities, and exposure patterns in infrastructures and networks used for company activity (internal and client side)
• Analysis of exposure events, including identification, tracking, and flagging of servers, domains, and IP addresses, including retrospective analysis
• Review and analysis of R&D, lab, and QA processes, with an emphasis on OPSEC risks and capability exposure
• Analysis of procurement methods and supply chain, focusing on operational exposure, connectivity, dependencies, and attribution risks
• Research into scoring, trust, reputation, and identification mechanisms of common applications, platforms, and online services
• Building, maintaining, and utilizing datasets to support retrospective analysis and identification of exposure indicators, using research tools such as Censys, NetFlow, Shodan, and similar platforms
• Formulating analytical insights and OPSEC-driven recommendations for improving infrastructures and processes, and working with relevant stakeholders (R&D, IT, infrastructure, procurement) to support their implementation

• Proven experience (3+ years) in OPSEC research, cyber research, infrastructure analysis, or a similar analytical role
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in infrastructure, network, or exposure research
• Practical experience using research and reconnaissance tools such as Censys, Shodan, NetFlow, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns, correlations, and exposure risks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation of research findings and recommendations
• Experience in procurement processes and supply chain analysis – an advantage
