We’re looking for an experienced Project Management Team Lead to head a team of project managers driving cross-company initiatives.

This is a key position for a hands-on leader who combines managerial excellence, technical understanding, and strong execution skills in a dynamic environment.

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers overseeing cross-organizational projects.
• Supervise, guide, and support project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with technical and operations leadership to identify bottlenecks and set priorities.
• Define, centralize, and standardize project management methodologies, best practices, and workflows.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
• Take part in the managerial forum, influencing company-wide processes and decision-making.

• 5+ years of experience in project management; technical project management experience – a strong advantage.
• 2+ years of experience leading a project management team.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly proactive and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with R&D and Product teams – strong advantage.
• Background in technical support – strong advantage.
• Experience with Jira workflows – strong advantage.
• Experience with client interfaces (B2G) – advantage.
