As an OD & L Business Partner, you will play a key role within the HR team, leading organizational development and learning initiatives across the company. You will work closely with leaders and managers across the organization, as well as with the broader HR team, to design and implement impactful programs that support leadership development, talent growth, employee engagement, and retention.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and proactive Organizational Development & Learning Business Partner who is impact-driven and eager to shape how people grow and develop across the organization while making a real impact on people and culture
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to identify organizational and leadership development needs and translate them into impactful OD & L initiatives.
- Design and lead leadership development programs for managers across all levels in the company.
- Lead talent management initiatives including high-potential programs, succession planning, and development pathways for employees.
- Develop and implement organizational initiatives aimed at strengthening employee retention, engagement, and long-term growth within the company.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Build and implement career development frameworks and internal growth opportunities for employees.
- Design and continuously improve the company’s onboarding strategy and programs to ensure strong integration and early engagement of new hires.
- Partner with external vendors and internal subject matter experts to design and deliver learning programs.
- Leverage data analytics to identify learning gaps, assess L&D programs effectiveness, and measure the impact of L&D programs.
- Manage learning platforms, tools, and the L&D budget while ensuring alignment with the annual work plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Learning Technologies, Social Sciences, HR, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development and/or Learning & Development roles in dynamic organizations.
- Proven experience designing and leading leadership development programs and organizational learning initiatives.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into impactful learning and organizational development solutions.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them end-to-end.
- Experience designing and implementing learning solutions at both macro and micro levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and learning analytics to assess program effectiveness and identify development gaps.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and content creation tools
