FP&A Director

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on FP&A Director to lead our financial planning and analysis. This role will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis across the company.

The ideal candidate will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing insights that support data-driven decision-making and long-term growth.

• Lead the company’s annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management
• Partner with cross-functional leaders & board to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and presentations for senior leadership and the board
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing FP&A team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
• 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience working with senior executives
• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and attention to detail
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment & uncertainty
