Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certified.
7+ years of accounting experience (including internship).
Experience in global technology companies with operational complexity involving inventory management, cost allocation, and fixed assets capitalization.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Job description:

We are looking for a Senior Controller to join our finance team and take ownership of key accounting and reporting processes. The Senior Controller will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and building scalable accounting processes to support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Manage the end-to-end accounting for internally manufactured operational assets, including tracking inventory-to-fixed-assets conversion, cost allocation, and depreciation.
Perform variance analysis and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Support external audits to provide documentation and answer questions.
Support global tax compliance and preparation of tax returns.· Assist in implementing new accounting standards and system upgrades or changes
