Who we seek:

BigID is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our dynamic R&D team in Tel Aviv.
You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success to align business objectives with scalable, technical solutions. A key part of your responsibility will include defining and implementing R&D KPIs and metrics to support continuous improvement in team productivity and velocity, ensuring all plans are delivered on time with high quality.
Our ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who's comfortable managing several concurrent, high-visibility projects using Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing requirements and priorities.

What you'll do:

Drive large-scale, cross-organizational projects from inception to completion, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Oversee the development and execution of project plans, prioritizing consistent and timely delivery of business value.
Partner with senior leadership and various internal/external stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.
Implement, monitor, and continuously refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and ensure objective attainment.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, particularly those affecting production stability, to safeguard successful delivery and ensure uninterrupted service.
Maintain clear, concise, and transparent communication across all levels, from technical teams to executives and external partners, ensuring complete alignment.
Facilitate effective resolution of project conflicts and issues, safeguarding project timelines and outcomes.
Champion and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices and methodologies within the organization.

What you'll bring:

5+ years of proven hands-on experience leading complex, cross-organizational R&D projects in dynamic environments.
A strong "can-do" mindset and the demonstrated ability to drive projects, programs, and portfolios to successful completion in a fast-paced setting.
Experience simultaneously managing over 10 projects across multiple, cross-functional teams.
Exceptional ability to facilitate and organize collaborative projects across diverse teams.
Deep understanding of complex systems, including technical dependencies, implications, and requirements.
Excellent client-facing communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and understanding stakeholder needs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, concise messages for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience using AI tools to streamline project workflows, boost team efficiency, or improve reporting and decision-making.
Expertise in Agile project management methodologies and collaboration tools, particularly the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira).
Nice to have: The ability to identify and champion AI-driven opportunities that optimize delivery timelines, resource management, and cross-team collaboration.
