An amazing and unique opportunity to join a growing technology service and development company, with a diverse clientele, employees, and international operations. You’ll take on a significant role leading the marketing activities for the Yozma Innovation Circle community, consisting of leading tech figures in Israel. This involves managing a strategic marketing channel that cultivates community, partners, and customers for the company.

Since 2017, YozmaTech has positioned itself as an outsourcing hub for high-quality tech talent from Ukraine and over 10 other countries where we operate, serving tech companies and startups in the Israeli tech market. With over hundreds of successful human resource placements and dozens of completed projects, we provide significant leverage for tech entrepreneurs in Israel and worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Community management, engaging new members, interacting with community members, and fostering connections within the community to create value for members.
Developing and initiating new activities, event productions/meetings both online and offline, in line with market trends and needs.
Developing the community to generate leads and partnerships at the C-level.
Mapping leading tech figures that could be relevant to the circle and initiating contact for circle membership.
Managing Yozma Tech's brand social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and more).
Assisting in scheduling video interview guests, creating content around the topic for social networks, editing, and distributing content to communities.
Producing creatives for community events and collaborating with the design department.
Managing email newsletters.
Managing website and blog content in Hebrew and English.
Requirements & conditions:
Broad knowledge of marketing and the tech content world.
Experience in community management.
Previous experience in social media marketing - at least two years.
High-level interpersonal communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with newsletter systems.
Experience with AI tools - an advantage.
Invoicing capability - an advantage.
Full-time position/75%.
Fluent in Hebrew.
Proficient in English.
Hybrid/remote model, with the possibility of office visits to Haifa twice a week (accessible by train).
