In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial data management and ensuring accurate processes within our organization!Requirements:4+ years of experience in bookkeeping within in high-tech global companies with multiple entities (a must)Level 1 and Level 2 bookkeeping certifications (a must)Experience with NetSuite (a must) and with Priority (advantage).Strong knowledge of balance sheet structure and GL accountsStrong multitasking skillsGreat team player with the ability to work independentlyHigh proficiency in ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishResponsibilities:Oversee, maintain, and track all bookkeeping aspects of the company for the Israeli entityPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures and analysis, and assist with financial report preparationPerform all activities related to accounts payable, including reviewing and processing payments to suppliers and credit card and Mesh reconciliationsCash flow reporting and tracking, conducting monthly bank reconciliations and controlsReporting VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to Israeli authoritiesConduct monthly account reconciliation as well as intercompany transactionsResponsible for travel reports and reconciliation to the booksManage accruals, fixed assets and prepaid expensesWork in a multi-currency environmentAssist with ad hoc tasks
