Responsibilities:
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an In-Country HR Advisor to oversee HR matters for multiple countries (Israel, Middle East, Türkiye, Sweden) representing about 400 people.
In this role, you will ensure compliance with local labor laws, manage local Employee Relations, and handle complex issues specific to local legislations. You will also enable our services team to deliver efficient HR operations locally.
Working in close alignment with Functional HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and local management teams, you will be part of a global network of HR professionals across Europe, APAC, India, and the Americas. This position is under the supervision of a Global HR Services Senior Director.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Manage Employee Relations activities to deliver the best possible outcomes for the organization while working within employment legislation, policies, and practices
Make sure we are compliant with local labor laws where we operate
Support the Functional HRBPs in the execution of various projects such as restructuring, talent reviews, performance management and organizational change
Oversee implementation of HR policies as required by changing legislation or new business issues to enable the Company to proactively respond to changes while setting appropriate Company standards
Enable Services Team to deliver efficiently HR operations locally
Advise the local management teams and/or the HR global teams on local complex HR issues
Contribute to the Geographic HR function eg global projects etc
Continuously analyze regional People Team programs and processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Desired knowledge, skills, and experience:
Proven experience in an HR Advisory role
Degree level candidate with relevant HR qualifications
Robust working knowledge and application of employment laws.
Excellent analytical skills including experience of business reporting and fact-based decision making
Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organization
Proven ability to work across multiple geographies and culture
Able to work collaboratively as part of a local and global HR team
Able to prioritize
Comfortable with change and ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications:
HR Certification or Human Resources Degree
Labor law degree is a plus
