What Will You Do?
As a Solutions Architect at Panaya, you will support the sales team by qualifying leads and analyzing the needs of prospective customers. Leveraging your expertise, you will showcase Panaya’s value by addressing their unique challenges and aligning our solutions with their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and deliver technical demonstrations of Panaya’s solutions to prospects, existing customers, and partners.
Create and maintain demo scripts, use-case scenarios, and demonstration environments to support effective solution presentations.
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with detailed, accurate, and compelling content.
Stay up to date on product developments and releases to ensure relevant, informed demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic collaboration and technical expertise.
Represent Panaya at marketing events, user conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other industry engagements.
Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and clearly articulate Panaya’s differentiators.
Gain a deep understanding of the business and technical challenges faced by customers, including key drivers such as evolving needs, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
Serve as the voice of the customer within Panaya, advocating for their needs and challenges across relevant teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Native German Speaker with a good English
2+ years experience in Pre-Sales roles or similar
Experience in SAP ECC or S4 HANA and their respective UAT
Experience in Automated Testing tools would be an advantage
Exceptional communication and presentation skills including technical and business concepts
