About the Role:

As a Sole Bookkeeper, You Will be responsible for the day-to day accounting work.

You Will:

Responsible for all accounting transactions, such as- banks & credit cards reconciliation, AP & AR reconciliation, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, etc.

Support the month-end closing process, posting cut-off JEs, etc.

Support implementation of Net Suite.

Taxes payments and reporting (VAT, Income).

Support systems and processes integration- Coupa, Concur and more.

Responsible for the AP cycle - Including approving invoices with the relevant business owners, processing payments, recording relevant JEs, etc.

Invoices issuing & AR collection.

Assist with external audits (external auditors & taxes authorities)

You Have:

Certificate in accounting type 1+2 - Mandatory

Experience in NetSuite ERP systems - Mandatory

2+ years of proven bookkeeping experience - Mandatory

Experience from High tech and/ or Global company – an advantage.

Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets).

Excellent time management, organizational with the ability to complete a task on a timely manner. High commitment to the role and tasks.

High level of accuracy and attention to details.

Good written & verbal communication skills in English.

Service-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills

High level of integrity.
