Are you a seasoned backend engineer who thrives on solving complex problems at scale?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our core team. You'll work on high-impact systems that serve thousands of concurrent users, contribute to modernization and microservices initiatives, and help shape how we build software in the age of AI.
- 7+ years of backend development experience in C/C++, Go, SQL
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Copilot, Cline, Cursor, or similar) — a must
- Experience with back-end distributed systems
- Architectural thinking — seeing the big picture beyond individual tasks
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in English
- Experience with AWS Cloud services – Big advantage
- Experience working on enterprise-scale systems supporting thousands of users in production – Big advantage
- Knowledge and orientation in web security – Big advantage
- Experience with performance optimization and profiling tools – Big advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices – Big advantage
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) – Big advantage
