Briya- Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in field marketing, communication and content management, and with a passion for life sciences and healthcare.

Responsibilities

Field Marketing: Plan, organize, and execute conferences, webinars, and other events. Manage event logistics and develop strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
Communication: Oversee and manage the company's social media presence. Develop and execute web campaigns, and manage public relations efforts.
Content Management: Plan and coordinate content-led marketing strategies. Maintain a content calendar and ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
General Marketing Operations: Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals. Manage and update materials on the company website (experience with WordPress and HubSpot is required).
Marketing Analytics: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing, communication, and content management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is highly desirable.
