QA Automation Team Leader

QA Automation Team Leader 7+ years of experience in QA automation, with a proven track record of designing and implementing automated tests for complex software applications. B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader of QA Automation team. Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Hands-on experience with programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to details. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
