Quality Control Laboratory Analyst (Fixed Term)

At Vitaco, our Lab team is essential to our mission of empowering healthier lives. They are passionate about their work and dedicated to ensuring the highest quality for our consumers. We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Laboratory Analyst to join our Quality Control team.

This is a 6-month Fixed Term opportunity and will cover the day shift, with hours roughly between 9:00am - 5:30pm, but we are flexible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Adhering to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) for all laboratory testing
Testing Raw Materials, Bulks, Finished Products, and Stability samples according to approved methods, protocols, and specifications
Releasing Raw Materials and Bulks as per Turnaround Time (TAT) or production requirements
Monitoring and reordering laboratory supplies and consumables

Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 2 years of laboratory analytical testing experience in a listed medicine or pharmaceutical FMCG environment
Tertiary qualification in Science, Chemistry, or Pharmacy
Proficiency in HPLC, TLC, AAS, Titration, and general raw materials testing to BP/USP/EP standards
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
