About the role:

We're looking for a dedicated Senior Controller to join our office in Tel Aviv.

Report to the Sr. Director of Finance.

We seek a candidate with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. In this position, you'll Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing required financial statements, tax filings, and ongoing interactions with external accountants for our subsidiaries. We seek someone with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail who thrives on process improvement and enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced environment to support our growth.

You’ll be working 3 days a week from our office in Tel Aviv.

Requirements:

CPA with Big 4 experience – a must.
7+ years of relevant work experience, at least four years as a controller or assistant controller in a global high-tech organization in the growth stage.
Ability to work independently, proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated.
Excellent Excel and Office skills.
Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
Ability to work in a fast-paced global company, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
Provide periodical management reporting packages and reporting and analysis as needed internally and externally to our investors, auditors, etc.
Review payroll and expense reports, working with local payroll accountant.
Supporting efficient financial processes to optimize the team's activities and provide quality services to our stakeholders.
Work with local accountants to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements.
Work with the company's external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.
Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
Ad-hoc projects, including automation projects and process improvement.
