Full Stack Engineer/Frontend Engineer

By leveraging AI-first approaches at every layer, we aim to automate and optimize internal service-oriented business processes, creating a seamless experience for employees and internal service providers. As a startup poised for growth, we're building a team of innovative thinkers and doers who are passionate about shaping the future of work.

Experienced founders, ex-WalkMe, with proven success in the domain and years of experience in tech, product, management and GTM.

Our technology stack includes:

1. Node.js (Typescript) on the backend served over HTTP and WebSockets
2. LLMs including RAG and AI agents
3. Python when needed (mainly around AI parts)
4. React (Typescript) in the frontend, built by Vite, designed with AntD
5. All ESlinted, Prettified, Dockerized and fully CI/CD-ed
6. Testing using Mocha, Vitest and Cypress

Who are you?

A brilliant, curious, and innovative full-stack or front-end engineer.

• Fluent in writing scalable and reliable Javascript / Typescript code.
• High level of practical experience working with React.js.
• Node.js experience and good backend understanding .
• Focus on tests quality over coverage chasing.
• Have great synergy with Product and UX personas.
• Organized, loyal, team player, self-learner, fast and qualified coder. 
• CoPilot, CodiumAI, or similar AI productivity tools are your best buddies!

Bonus points:

• Have cloud experience, AWS in particular.
• Good understanding of databases, caches, and message brokers.
• Experience with AI, genAI, and LLM engineering.
• Experience with configuring modern CI/CD and building tools (Vite is preferred).
