Job Description

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the entire product lifecycle, from initial strategy to development handoff, who is passionate about business growth and experienced in AI-driven environments.

What You'll Do?

Being a part of the Product Managers and Product Designers Creators team.

Own the full product lifecycle - from market and user research, data analysis and KPI definition, through the final shipped product - all executed efficiently using AI tools.

Identify growth opportunities and drive a KPI-led approach to product and business success.

Apply strong UX/UI instincts to define workflows and translate user needs into clear product experiences.

Partner closely with Engineering and product designers to bring ideas to life.

Stay close to users - through Customer Care, direct conversations, and product data - to continuously sharpen and improve the product.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in product management.

Strong product and business growth thinking, with a sharp instinct for what moves the needle.

Proven experience working in AI-native environments - leveraging AI tools and systems as an integral part of day-to-day product workflows, including research, analysis, product definition and final interface.

Highly developed instincts for user experience.

Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work closely with engineering on architecture and APIs.

Strategic thinker with a quick grasp of large and complex systems and how they fit together.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

High ownership and strong execution - curious and motivated.
