סְמִיכָה:

הובלת המשמרת בכל תחומי האחריות- בטיחות, תפוקות, איכות וניהול אנשים.

בטיחות- אחראי לעמידה ביעד של 0 אירועי בטיחות במשמרת, איתור והסמכת נאמני בטיחות, שילוב העובדים בסיורי בטיחות, השתתפות בסטנד בטיחות מפעלי שבועי, ביצועי 6S יומיים ושבועיים, ביצוע תצפיות לפי תכנית מחלקתית, הובלת למידה במקרה של אירועים חריגים

תפוקות- אחראי לביצוע תכניות העבודה בקווים בהתאם לתכנית מתפ"י תוך הסתכלות על מערך הדיווחים, מלאים, מוכנות קיטים , תוך שמירה על נהלי האיכות והבטיחות.

אחראי להכנת סיכומי משמרת, זיהוי הזדמנויות לשיפור מתמיד במשמרת (פרוייקטי CR) לעמידה ביעדי CPU , הובלה של פרויקטים מעבר לשוטף לפי תעדוף של מנהל המחלקה.

איכות- עבודה לפי מקרים ותגובות, אחראי על מערכי הבקרה בקו ועבודה מול צוות האיכות במשמרת לעמידה בפרמטרים שנקבעו עבור כל מוצר, עמידה ביעדי הפחת

אנשים- חניכת צוות מוביל במשמרת, קיום שיחות אישיות ושיחות משוב לכלל העובדים, אישור נוכחות כולל אישור חילנט, הערכת מנהל ל"שותפים להישגים" , הערכת מנהל בסייקל , אחריות על חניכת עובדים חדשים ובחינתם להסמכה סופית, איתור עובדים בעלי פוטנציאל לקידום פנימי ,הובלת תכנית ההסמכות והדרכות במשמרת, מתן הוקרות, חיבור העובדים ליעדים העסקיים

אחריות:

12 שנות לימוד- חובה

ניסיון של שנה בניהול של 10 אנשים לפחות- חובה

אנגלית- בסיסית

עברית- חובה קריאה, כתיבה, דיבור

ניסיון והכרות בעבודה בתעשייה- חובה

ניסיון טכני ברמת הפעלת מכונות- יתרון

יכולת תקשורת והעברת מסרים בצורה ברורה

עבודה בשיתוף פעולה מול הממשקים השונים במפעל

Responsibilities (English):

Shift leadership across all areas of responsibility – safety, output, quality, and people management.

Safety – Responsible for achieving the target of zero safety incidents during the shift. Identifying and certifying safety representatives, involving employees in safety walkthroughs, participating in the weekly plant safety stand-up, conducting daily and weekly 6S activities, performing observations according to departmental plans, and leading learning processes in case of unusual events.

Output – Responsible for executing the work plans on the production lines according to the scheduling plan, while monitoring reporting systems, inventory levels, and kit readiness, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Responsible for preparing shift summaries, identifying continuous improvement opportunities during the shift (CR projects) to meet CPU targets, and leading projects beyond routine work as prioritized by the department manager.

Quality – Working according to set response protocols, responsible for control systems on the line, and collaborating with the quality team during the shift to meet the defined parameters for each product, as well as achieving waste reduction goals.

People – Coaching the shift's leading team, conducting personal and feedback conversations with all employees, approving attendance including time-off requests, completing managerial evaluations for the "Partners in Achievements" program, conducting evaluations as part of the performance cycle, overseeing the onboarding and certification process for new employees, identifying employees with potential for internal promotion, leading the certification and training program during the shift, giving recognition, and connecting employees to business goals.

Qualifications (English):

12 years of education – Required
At least one year of experience managing 10 people or more – Required
English – Basic
Hebrew – Required: reading, writing, speaking
Experience and familiarity with industrial work – Required
Technical experience operating machinery – Advantage
Ability to communicate and convey messages clearly
Teamwork and collaboration with various departments in the factory
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership and employee motivation skills
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances
Ability to accept authority
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
