As the QA Engineer in the Wix Domains team, you'll own quality end to end for mission-critical products that directly impact our users' ability to get their businesses online — millions of domains managed across Wix's global platform. The role is AI-first by design: coding agents and AI tooling are your primary instrument, automation is second, and manual testing is the deliberate third, reserved for where human judgment genuinely wins. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Own the quality strategy for Wix Domains end to end — what gets tested, how, and to what standard

• Build AI-driven testing: use coding agents to generate, maintain and extend coverage across complex product flows at a speed manual QA can't reach

• Design and grow automation as the durable backbone of that coverage, across UI, API and integration layers

• Plan and execute sharp manual and exploratory testing where it counts — API testing, complex integration testing, and edge cases not covered by our test-driven development methodology

• Test flows that unfold over time and reach beyond Wix, across many entry points and buying paths

• Think like a hacker — understand weak points in solutions and help strengthen them

• Influence engineering and product directly — your findings shape architecture, release decisions and what we build next

• Coordinate and collaborate on QA projects with many cross-Wix teams — our product is used all across Wix

• Set the bar: define what "good" looks like for quality in a fast-paced organization, and raise it

At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and 2 years in API testing

• Hands-on experience building test automation, and genuine enthusiasm for working with AI and coding agents as a core part of how you test

• Experience composing complex software test plans, managing large QA integration projects, executing tests, and reporting issues and status

• Strong technical skills and software architecture understanding to identify bugs and solve complex problems, with impressive web-related knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, browser debugging)

• Independent learner with the ability to lead a project from start to finish, while handling task-switching without losing focus

• Great communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to listen and convey messages clearly

• Team player with the ability to lead and engage others without explicit authority

The Wix Domains team owns the end-to-end domain lifecycle — from search and purchase to DNS management, transfers, and renewals — managing millions of domains for users across Wix's global platform. It is one of the most interesting products at Wix to own quality for: a domain behaves less like a purchase and more like a living asset, where flows unfold over time instead of finishing on click, reach across systems and partners beyond Wix, operate inside real industry regulation, and are reached through many different entry points and buying paths. It is the kind of complexity that rewards someone who likes thinking in systems.

Domains is also a growing industry, and AI is growing it further — every new agent, app, brand and AI-built site still needs a name on the internet. The team already works AI-first: we practice Context-Driven Development (CDD), an AI-first methodology of our own where shared context drives how we design, build and test. You'll be working alongside some of the most AI-native engineers at Wix, and you will learn a lot. And because AI is blurring the lines between disciplines, your impact won't stop at quality — there is real room to shape the engineering and the product themselves.
