Operation Manager (Temp) - Channels

We are Wix's Business Operations Guild. We are the operational engine, which leads, plans, and facilitates the execution of Wix's day-to-day and long-term strategy. We aim to ensure operational excellence, rethink existing processes, improve dev velocity, and ensure projects run smoothly. To do this, we work closely with group heads, coordinate between teams, prioritize requests, and manage the day-to-day operations of our team. We're comfortable diving into new domains and staying organized amid ambiguity.

As an Operations Manager, you'll lead, plan, and facilitate the execution of strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with teams across Wix to streamline processes, improve workflows, and drive impactful projects. In your day-to-day, you will

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and delivery

• Translate business needs and gaps into scalable processes, systems, and operational solutions

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless operations

• Design lean business processes, improving workflows and operational systems with a focus on scalability and efficiency

• Use data, KPIs, and business insights to identify opportunities and drive decisions

• Manage dependencies, priorities, risks, and timelines across multiple teams

• 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Technical Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company

• Strong understanding of B2B business models, SaaS, partner ecosystems, and/or channel operations

• Proven experience designing lean business processes and improving workflows with a focus on scalability without the overhead

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data, KPIs, and business insights to identify opportunities and drive decisions

• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, including managing dependencies, priorities, risks, and timelines across multiple teams

• Native-level English and strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders

• Bonus: Experience working with international teams and multi-cultural dynamics
