We’re looking for a talented AI research team lead for the Data Science group to help us develop advanced AI solutions that will empower impactful projects across Wix. The Data Science group drives the company's AI research and innovation efforts, pushing AI boundaries to enhance the product, optimize processes, and deliver personalized experiences.

• Lead a team of AI researchers  

• Manage and conduct advanced hands-on research projects that will impact 250M+ users  

• Leverage the latest advancements in LLM customization, multimodal models, post-training, knowledge representation, and conversational AI  

• Build horizontal AI capabilities to be used across Wix  

• Collaborate with other internal departments to drive impactful research-based projects  

• 5+ years of experience in data science, with experience in managing full-cycle projects from initial concept to production deployment  

• Msc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field  

• Comprehensive understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles and techniques, including hands-on experience  

• Experience in leading a data science/research team  

• Specialized expertise in LLMs, Transformers architectures, computer vision (multimodality is an advantage), and post-training  

• Ability to write production-ready code  

• Advantages: PhD, experience with post-training, and publications or talks at leading conferences
