We are looking for an R&D TL who is an equal parts architect, mentor, and business-savvy. This is a rolefor a technical heavy-hitter who thrives at the intersection of complex B2B ecosystems and high-performance engineering.

Your Impact:

• Own the Core: Develop and sustain our platform, taking full ownership of the features essential to Wix’s strategic growth within the Channels domain. 
• AI Expert: Foster a culture of continuous learning. You will evaluate the evolving AI landscape to select the right tech stack, mentor team members on AI literacy, and oversee the ethical and secure implementation of generative tools to maintain our competitive edge.
• The Full Lifecycle: You aren't just overseeing code; you’re leading the entire development evolution, from feature ideation and planning to design reviews, deployment, and beyond.
• Guardian of Reliability: You’ll be the final word on system health, owning the monitoring strategy and leading the corrective post-mortem discussions that turn challenges into bulletproof systems.
• Strategic Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between a diverse group of stakeholders, navigating both the Channels organization and the wider Wix ecosystem to bring cross-company features to life.

• ~4 years of hands-on development experience, along with prior experience in a managerial role.
• Passionate about development, with a strong drive to continuously learn and improve, and proven ability to lead teams with a clear business focus—prioritizing effectively and driving projects that deliver meaningful impact.
• Open-minded and flexible, with a business-first mindset

• You enjoy critical thinking and problem solving and are seasoned in conflict resolution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Wix Channels is Wix’s strategic business arm, leading high-impact partnerships and cross-company initiatives that drive meaningful company-level KPIs.
