As a corporate counsel at Wix, you'll handle some of the biggest legal challenges of the information age. You'll work on cutting-edge technology and tackle complex legal issues while ensuring Wix's success. In your day-to-day, you will  

• Work closely with our M&A and Investment teams to ensure a streamlined process to close our acquisitions effectively  

• Prepare SEC filings such as Form 20-F, quarterly earnings press releases (6-K), proxy statements, and other periodic reports  

• Work closely with our employee equity departments to tackle ongoing issues that arise from our global employee compensation plans  

• Work with external counsel (in Israel and abroad) to understand and solve issues raised in our practice, and implement business-enabling solutions  

• Assist in product and commercial tasks needed by our department  

• Become well-acquainted with and keep us up to date with corporate and securities compliance issues

Requirements  

• 4–6 years of experience in M&A, U.S. securities & capital markets/corporate departments of leading firms or as in-house legal counsel  

• Experience in negotiating M&A and investment transactions  

• Deep understanding of corporate law and corporate governance  

• Expertise in preparing SEC filings  

• Fluent spoken and written English  

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
