We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to serve as the design domain expert within our group. As such, you will  take a central role in shaping the aesthetic foundations of our AI research. This is not a typical design position - it's a blend of design expertise, creative reasoning, and AI-driven research.

In this role, you will define the concept of website beauty, break it down into clear aesthetic dimensions, and articulate why a design works - or doesn’t - and how it can be improved. You will help translate subjective aesthetic judgment into structured logic that an AI model can learn from.

You will also play a key role in our data creation and evaluation processes. This includes generating synthetic design data using AI, identifying and sourcing new datasets and driving creative strategies for expanding our aesthetic training corpus. Additionally, you will help design the criteria and methodologies used to evaluate the AI models we build. 

What You’ll Do

• Define and structure the concept of aesthetics and website design into clear, actionable dimensions.
  
   

• Analyze and explain aesthetic choices, identifying what works and what doesn’t, in a way that can directly support data creation processes and the evaluation of our AI models.

• Contribute to the creation of high-quality design datasets, including synthetic data generation using AI models.
  
   

• Explore, research, and identify new sources of aesthetic data - requiring creativity and resourcefulness.
  
   

• Develop evaluation criteria and frameworks for assessing AI models’ aesthetic capabilities.
  
   

• Collaborate closely with Data scientists, researchers, and AI analysts.
  
   

• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest generative AI models, design tools, and visual-AI features.
  
   

• Use advanced prompt-engineering techniques for design-related  tasks.

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Art Director.

• Ability to articulate and break down aesthetic concepts into structured elements.
  
   

• Experience working with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, etc.).
  
   

• Strong prompt-engineering skills for design and image generation tasks
  
   

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI tools, generative models, and visual technologies.
  
   

• Experience with data-driven design processes is an advantage.
  
   

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
