As Legal Counsel, you’ll partner with HR and other stakeholders on employment-related matters, lead legal HR projects, and provide hands-on advice. You’ll handle global employment issues, draft agreements, and develop internal legal knowledge bases. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Partner closely with HR, stakeholders, and external counsels on employment matters including hiring, termination policies, and employee relations 

• Initiate, coordinate, and lead legal HR-related projects 

• Draft and review agreements and other employment-related documents 

• Review and assess HR policies, employee handbooks, and employee-related policies 

• Assist and advise on employment aspects in transactions like M&A and restructuring 

• Perform HR-related investigations or examinations 

• Develop methodologies for retaining legal advice, research, and templates

• 4–6 years of experience in employment and labor law, preferably in a high-tech company or a leading law firm 

• Israeli bar license 

• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for drafting, presenting, and professional discussions 

• Experienced in drafting employment-related documents and advising stakeholders 

• Skilled multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes full ownership of projects 

• Great communication skills, with the ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders

• Deep knowledge of labor and employment law, and multi-jurisdictional experience – an advantage
