As a Manual & Automation QA, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of mobile and web products. You'll work closely with various teams, combining manual testing, automation, and production monitoring to deliver a seamless user experience. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Design and execute manual and automated tests for mobile and web using tools like Appium, Playwright, or similar.

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks, tools, and processes, including AI-driven efficiencies.

• Lead end-to-end quality initiatives- from defining QA strategy to production rollout and post-release monitoring.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and PMs across multiple teams and products; influence UX, performance, and functionality while balancing priorities.

• Investigate complex bugs and production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes

• 5+ years of experience testing mobile and web applications, including automation.

• Hands-on experience with Appium, Playwright, or similar frameworks (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python).

• Strong understanding of client–server architecture, web fundamentals, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to work with multiple teams, juggle priorities, and keep things moving smoothly.

• A team player with great communication skills, positive energy, and a user-first mindset .
