• Conduct qualitative research to better understand users’ intent, product usage, and market needs – from strategic market research on new directions to specific feature-focused research.

• Analyze insights and collaborate with our Product & BA teams to develop the best-fit strategy for new features and initiatives.

• Develop expertise in different markets relevant to Bookings/Services, including user needs, competition, and trends.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with Wix Bookings/Services users, creating advisory boards and holding occasional feedback calls.

• Document and analyze user feedback from various sources, turning it into actionable insights for relevant stakeholders across Wix (Product, UX, Design, Content, Development).

• Work with AI tools to create solutions for custom requirements from top users.

• Support education efforts for users and partners (in collaboration with Marketing and other teams).

• 2+ years of experience in tech within business, operations, product, or product marketing roles.

• Strong analytical skills and business mindset, with the ability to conduct market research and identify product and business opportunities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to lead conversations with users, partners, and potential business collaborators, and convey feature requests and issues to cross-company teams.

• Proactive and independent – capable of owning, managing, and driving projects, juggling multiple tasks, following up, and closing the loop.

• “Vibe coder”: experience working with AI tools (Lovable, Cursor, Base 44, etc.), reading documentation and APIs to find creative custom solutions for users.

• Native-level English speaker.
