Full Stack Marketer Lead - Base44

We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Marketer to shape how people discover, understand, and get excited about Base44 - and to lead the team that’s making it happen. You’ll manage a small team of Full Stack Marketers while staying hands-on yourself, and combine strategy, creative direction, and execution – powered by AI and no-code tools - to show what’s possible with our platform.

In this role, you’ll drive positioning, messaging, and creative storytelling from concept to live campaign. You’ll guide your team in creating product pages, launch campaigns, customer stories, and assets that clearly communicate value. You’ll leverage AI for copy, visuals, and video - refining outputs to meet high creative standards - and ensure that campaigns are executed with excellence.

This is a role for someone who thrives in both leadership and execution. You’ll mentor and grow your team, collaborate with product and growth partners, and make strategic decisions that drive adoption and engagement. It’s a rare opportunity to lead a team while also setting the creative and strategic tone for a product that’s changing how people build software.

• Proven experience managing and growing small teams of full stack marketers
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role at a tech company or startup
• Experience leading projects of all sizes - from solo initiatives to cross-functional efforts - with ease and independence 
• Deep understanding of AI tools, using them regularly to brainstorm, create content, test ideas, and move faster
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to work on all forms of content, from social posts to landing pages
• Experience gathering and applying user feedback to shape messaging and page content
• Sharp instinct for what makes messaging resonate, and how to test and improve it
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment
• Excellent communicator who knows how to collaborate with product, design, and sales teams
