• Create design methodologies and establish frameworks that guide our product strategy and creative approach

• Provide clear infrastructure and design guidelines to enable other teams to implement design templates and components within our platform

• Train AI models to generate relevant design outcomes, workflows, and creation systems - evaluating results to optimize AI performance and enhance our automated design capabilities

• Validate team concepts for our products by creating design assets and conducting comprehensive testing to assess the viability of new design approaches

• 3+ years of experience in design systems, product design or graphic design

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design

• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Portfolio demonstrating systematic design thinking and problem-solving

• High level of graphic and visual design abilities using typography, layout, and composition to deliver impactful visuals

• Understanding of digital and web design principles, and both historical and contemporary design and art movements

• Strong understanding of usability testing, concept validation, and design evaluation methods

• Experience with design research methodologies with the ability to distil complex research into practical design frameworks

• Experience with AI model evaluation, and optimization would be an advantage

We work closely with Developers, UX, Content Designers, Analysts, and marketers to create the best tools and products with the highest impact and value, to make sure people can build any site they want, and be proud of it.

The Editor UX team consists of 6 designers, each is a professional leading function within a product squad. We believe in a close relationship and collaboration.
