As a Business Operations Manager at Wix Code, you’ll work at the intersection of product and engineering, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams. You’ll help shape operational strategies, optimize processes, and foster collaboration to drive success for Wix’s developer ecosystem. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Own the execution lifecycle across engineering and product—from planning to delivery 

• Design, implement, and optimize processes that keep teams aligned, efficient, and moving fast 

• Lead cross-company projects, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery 

• Run rituals and cadences that encourage transparency, clarity, and accountability 

• Act as the central point of coordination for risks and interdependencies, adapting and solving challenges efficiently 

• Promote alignment between R&D and other key disciplines like Product, Data, UX, and infrastructure teams

• 3–5 years of project/operations management experience, preferably in R&D or tech-driven environments 

• Deep familiarity with the software development lifecycle—both engineering and product sides 

• Highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused, with a “can-do” mindset 

• Exceptional influencing and connecting skills—you know how to build trust, push priorities, and lead by example 

• Ability to speak the language of developers, understand infrastructure, and navigate technical contexts 

• Detail-oriented and curious, with a problem-solving mindset
