Allocation and Transshipment Manager

We are looking for an Allocation and TransShipment Manager that will handle the following:

Manage the interface between the BU’s (interline) and synchronize between BU’s, Logistic, Operation and Customer Service

Major areas of responsibility

Cross BU’s allocation management

Manage the BUs Allocations / Commitment and cross-BU priorities
Improve T/S efficiency

Monitor and control all T/S hubs.

Proactively alert and solve bottlenecks of on carriage lines / allocations.

Support Logistic needs

Follow up on logistic needs for secure allocations.
Ensure full utilization in the C.Dominent legs

Yield management -Maximize utilization within the Areas

Proactively ensure we utilize space available withing the area for commercial / logistic needs, using the ROB (remain on board) tool
Develop IT tools to manage the on-carriage allocations and commitments
Lead the IT tool development of Cross BU’s allocation management

Requirements:

Commercial background of at least 3 years
Familiar to Zim network routing and services
Strong MS office skills – in particular Excel, Power Point
High English language skills
Excellency written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to carry out a plan, analyze & execute
