QA Automation Team Lead

Pontera is looking for a talented Team Lead for our QA Automation field. Your part will include the leadership of a new automation infrastructure project collaborating with different departments in the R&D, building a high-performing QA automation team, designing and implementing several layers of testing solutions and promote quality standards and practices across our product.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Pontera's new automation infrastructure - Python and Playwright
Recruit new team members and create a training program.
Plan and develop automation tests for new products/features/processes with Python and Playwright
Define and maintain coding standards for automation scripts
Implement and improve QA processes and methodologies
Execute automation tests for version approval and report statuses to the R&D team
REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc. degree in Computer Science / Information systems or a professional QA Automation course
Experience with Python
At least two years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer
At least one year of experience as a team lead
Excellent technical skills, including design, coding, and problem-solving
Familiarity with Playwright / Selenium / Puppeteer
Understanding of QA methodologies
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to take full responsibility and ownership and carry out tasks end-to-end
Knowledge in JavaScript - An advantage
Experience in QA automation tools - An advantage
Experience in UI tests- An advantage
Fluent English
