Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, Project Management or equivalent practical experience.

Candidates will typically have 1 year of experience in program management.

Ability to travel internationally to support services to the Waze editors community as required.

Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of SQL.

Ability to analyze data and present business insights.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment, as part of a cross-functional team.

Ability to communicate in Hebrew, Spanish, French and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support service to Waze editors community.
Manage user enquiries using various tools, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, forums, email and social media.
Implement creative ways to improve the engagement of the communities.
Act as a mentor and educator hosting webinars, giving presentations to large audiences, creating training materials and more.
Provide strategic advice and help solve technical issues by working closely with developers, product managers, Quality Assurance (QA) and more.
