Radware’s network protection portfolio includes attack detection and mitigation elements protecting against Network and Application DDoS attacks, Automation and Orchestration systems, as well as Threat Intelligence integrated into those elements.

Radware’s protection portfolio is delivered across all delivery form factors: private and public cloud as well as on-prem and hybrid solutions.

We are seeking for Director of Product Management to lead the growing network security business as part of the Product Management Group, under Radware’s VP of Products.

Responsibilities

· Strategy driven roadmap – roadmap formulation, value innovation modeling, and competitive analysis across enterprise, carriers and service provider markets.

· Managing a team of PMs responsible for product planning, product requirements, and the foundations of Go to Market.

· Threat Intelligence – Threat research and intelligence integration into the portfolio solutions.

· Platforms – maintaining platforms line up lifecycle.

· Develop and maintain thought leadership through security events, analysts’ groups and the media.

· Providing pre-sales tools for customer facing organizations.

· Work with strategic customers on selected deals.

· Maintaining and expanding strategic partnerships.

· Pricing – set and maintain offering pricing.

Skills:

· Battle proven mix of innovation, planning, business, team driving and execution capabilities

· Minimum of five years of experience managing product management teams

· Deep expertise in network and application security, including cyber-attack techniques and tools that threaten network and application assets

· Expertise in Anomaly Detection & Prevention products and technologies such as NDR’s (Network Detection and Response), and Anti-DDoS solutions

· Experience with SoC platforms, Security Automation & Orchestration (SOAR) and Incident Response procedures

· Experience with threat intel research and services

· Experience in machine learning, behavioral analytics, and signature-based detection engines

· Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

· Bachelor’s degree in an exact science or engineering

· Solutions Architecture and/or R&D background – a plus
