We at *High Sec Labs (HSL)* – a leading cybersecurity and secure connectivity company – are looking for a *Head of Mechanical Engineering Team* to join our *Development Department*, specializing in enclosure design for high-security products.

This is a key role in a highly experienced and innovative R&D environment.
The position includes managing a team of approximately 3 (engineers and technicians), with 40% focused on leadership and 60% hands-on mechanical design work.

*Key Responsibilities*:
* Lead mechanical design efforts for electromechanical enclosures, plastic parts, and mechanical assemblies.
* Manage, mentor, and guide a professional and experienced team.
* Utilize *SolidWorks* for 3D design and modeling.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, operations, and QA teams.
* Drive development from concept to mass production.

*Requirements*:
* 10+ years of experience in mechanical design of enclosure products for mass production.
* Proven experience managing a mechanical development team.
* B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
* Strong hands-on skills with CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
* Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and working with multidisciplinary teams.
