R&D Team Leader

We are growing fast and looking for a motivated and skilled Development Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a talented group of developers focused on building and enhancing the connectivity layer for SysAid customers. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring seamless product adaptation and exceptional usability for our users.

What You’ll Do:

Manage a cross-functional R&D team, including backend developers and automation engineers.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Customer Care teams to deliver an intuitive, customer-friendly product.
Work alongside R&D management, contributing as an active and collaborative team member to drive innovation and strategic goals.
Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
Optimize development workflows and processes to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.

Requirements:

5+ years experience in JAVA
3+ years of team management experience, enabling you to guide design and execution.
Deep familiarity with SQL.
Practical experience with AWS services and solutions.
Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices.
B.Sc. in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
