Create and balance engaging mechanics, systems, and game loops.
Collaborate with artists, developers, and product teams to bring concepts to life.
Iterate based on playtesting, feedback, and player data.
Keep designs fresh by staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience leading multiple game projects, ideally in casual/mobile.
At least one commercially launched game with measurable success.
Strong ability to invent new mechanics and think across genres.
Experience from concept through QA, production, and post-launch updates.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for creating.
