We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

What will you be doing?

Manage end-to-end processes for different departments, both locally and globally.
Conduct HR interviews to find the right candidates.
Actively source candidates through various platforms and networks to ensure we attract the best talent.
Use creative methods to find top talent and keep a strong pool of candidates.
Ensure a great experience for candidates from the first contact to the final decision.
Use data to find patterns and make better hiring and onboarding decisions.
Help improve our talent and hiring processes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially in startup tech companies.
Experience in finding candidates and building talent pipelines.
Skilled in conducting detailed behavioral interviews.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and able to work independently.
