Tom Shipley co-founded and profitably scaled Atlantic Coast Brands from $331K to $100M in three years, applying the discipline and lessons from serving in the IDF special forces.

Now he is hiring a marketing manager to own and scale the systems that fuel his next platform. You will work directly with Tom and operations manager, learn the playbooks that built a nine-figure brand, and run the marketing engine for a 7-9 figure acquisition-focused education business.

Deal Boardroom runs DealCon CEO M&A Summit, the #1 M&A even for US entrepreneurs selling high-ticket coaching, live events, and advisory programs to CEO's to scale through M&A. The marketing foundation exists and we are bringing it in-house from an agency.

The stack is Claude & Claude Cowork, GoHighLevel, Monday CRM, Notion, Slack, and Google Suite. You inherit the funnels, content engine, email system, and campaigns that fill DealCon and grow the Advisory Board.

This role is hands-on from day one. Social media, copywriting, email flows, podcast management, newsletters, funnel building, and campaign optimization. You will run small ad tests on Meta and LinkedIn. Paid media spend is light. This role is for someone resourceful who drives results without big budgets.

The fastest path to scale is automation. Our EA has automated her entire operations workflow using Claude, including task routing, email triage, meeting prep, and pipeline management. You will do the same for marketing. Automate content creation and distribution, email sequencing, funnel monitoring, social posting and response, and campaign reporting. Within 6 months, routine work runs itself and you focus on strategy.

The marketing manager who delivers here moves into a senior role across the portfolio in 18 months will be involved in Tom's next roll-up platform. Delivering means doubling Advisory Board membership, filling DealCon to 300+ attendees, building a 20k engaged mailing list, and automating 80% of routine marketing work within budget and ROI goals.

Everyone moves fast, owns outcomes, and uses AI as a force multiplier.

The Non-Negotiables

3+ years running direct response campaigns selling to individual buyers. Experience selling digital products, coaching, events, or memberships a plus.

Professional-level English fluency.

Daily use of Claude or similar AI tools with active experimentation. If you have not been pushing AI on your own, this is not the right fit.

Four-hour timezone overlap with US Central Time.
