Engineering Tech Lead

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead to join our team. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the development team activities and ensuring the quality and reliability of deliverables via code reviews , code verification and other tools. This role requires deep understanding of the delivery cycle, CI/CD, hands on development for both client and server with js technologies. 

Our Stack: Node.js, React, Redis, AWS,PostgreSQL, Typescript, ReactNative, Dockers, Nginx.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Tech in the development and implementation of effective code delivery
• Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions
• Collaborate with local and remote teams in a fast pace environment 
• Be a hands-on technical expert with a can-do attitude for resolving problems, bringing innovative solutions, and enabling your customers to focus on their business.
• Automate everything! Strive to gain a proactive attitude and streamline day-to-day work.
• Work closely with the product team in finding the best solutions for business opportunities  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a developer, with at least 2 years in a lead technical role
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes 
• Proven experience in full stack development
• Proven Experience in React Native , Native environments and Node
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
