Key Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Specialist at Gett, you will play a crucial role in hiring employees to work at the Ben Gurion Airport tender and customer service department.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading high-volume recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and select top talent for our Ben Gurion Airport operations and customer service department.
Implementing creative sourcing strategies using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Streamlining candidate screening and evaluation processes to meet the unique requirements.
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and structured interview process that aligns with the specific needs.
Maintaining candidate relationships and providing a positive candidate experience, reflecting the standards of the company.
Managing offer negotiations and onboarding for new hires.
Analyzing recruitment data to continually improve our processes for Ben Gurion Airport and the service unit.
Requirements
Proven experience in high-volume or mass recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
