Senior DevOps Team Leader (Cloud)

Scope: Full Time, Employed

Location: Tel Aviv

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Team Leader to own the strategy, architecture, and operations of our global SaaS and AI infrastructure. You’ll lead a hands‑on DevOps team, drive automation at scale, and work closely with engineering leadership to deliver secure, reliable, and high‑performing cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a DevOps team, fostering a high‑ownership, delivery‑focused culture
Build and operate scalable cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), including VPC design, routing, security controls, and cost efficiency
Implement and maintain IaC and automation frameworks (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm)
Develop efficient CI/CD pipelines to improve release frequency and stability
Establish strong observability—monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting—across all services
Oversee incident response, root‑cause analysis, and reliability improvements
Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Security teams to streamline delivery and ensure secure, compliant infrastructure
10+ years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud roles
4+ years experience as DevOps Team Leader preferably in cybersecurity environments
Experience running production SaaS environments at scale
Strong cloud expertise (AWS / Azure / GCP) and deep knowledge of networking (VPCs, VPNs, firewalls, routing)
Advanced IaC and container orchestration experience (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm)
Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
Familiarity with compliance, security governance, and enterprise standards
